Happy New Year!!! It is officially 2020!!!

We have communicated with all of you since the summer that 2019 would be our last year as coordinators for the summer swim team. Sadly as of this email we have received zero responses related to the coordinator role for 2020. With that said, we will reach out to the HOA Board this month to discuss the team's future and transferring the banking and financial information.

The Cobb Summer Swim League (CSSL) will hold the annual Coordinator's Meeting for the 2020 season on Wednesday, February 12th. The meeting will be held at the Smyrna Community Center (200 Village Green Cir SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A representative of each team (typically the coordinator) is required to attend. Prior to this meeting, we will need to inform the CSSL regarding our team status for 2020 scheduling purposes.

As we have stated before, this is a great community activity for our kids!! We hope someone or a group of parents will take over for 2020. This will need to happen soon.
